Hi Donna -

My adorable puppy arrived in SLC about half an hour late - they had some mechanical problems in Dallas so she was very glad to have 4 little feet on the ground.  I think I took everything imagineable with me to SLC, towels, blankets, water, cleaning pads, etc - everything except a toy!!  She chewed on my hand for a couple of hours before she finally gave in to exhaustion about 2 hours from home.

I took her into the vet yesterday and on one of the papers it said she'd had a hernia repaired.  Did you all have it repaired or am I misreading the information.  We couldn't see a scar or anything and the vet wondered if you'd had her spayed at the time of the hernia repair.  I said I didn't think she'd been spayed according to your info.

Potty training is proceeding very nicely and I am more than happy with her.  We did re-name her Sesi which means snow in Alaskan (no, I truly despise Sara Palin) - it's just that some languages have interesting names and since she'll always be white (at least I'm assuming she will) I wanted to give her a unique name.  She responds to Sesi very well.

Thanks again.

Hello there,
I thought maybe you would enjoy some pictures of that fine dog you sold me. I ended up naming him Ryu. He is wonderful, loves playing everyday, we go for walks, great with my family. We all love him very much. Hope all is well.

Hi Summer-

Boy, what a 24-hour period we have had!  We picked up the pup (Mel) yesterday.  We took him out of the shipping carrier as soon as we got him.  He was so happy to see us; just kissed us and kissed us!  It is almost 1-hour home during afternoon traffic from the airport and he kissed me so much I told my husband that my whole face and ears smelled of "puppy breath"!!!  What a delightful young man he is; and my husband, John, said even though he saw his picture he was even cuter and his body was better looking.

This morning, after picking him up out of the bed, next to my husband, pup and I traveled about 20 miles to a small town near us to go to school.  He was visiting the children and teachers so they could all meet him.  Then everyone gave me a suggestion for a NAME; one suggested BRAVEHEART because he was so fearless.  Of course, that led back to MEL.  We still have not decided but are getting closer.  One teacher said that she thought that you had done an excellent job of socializing the pup; he really fits in with people!

That is all for now; thank you for Mel; we laugh 100% more with him around.  (I did learn that I had forgotten how much energy puppies have...it has been almost 30 years since we've had a puppy around.)

Do you have any suggestions about potty training?   Is he too young to get that concept yet?

Sincerely,
Jean Howard

Hey Summer,
The puppy arrived fine on monday, and i took him to the vet today. The Vet said the pup is doing well and he is nicely adjusting to his new home. Thanks again, and i will definitely tell my friends about

Hi Summer:

Baby girl finally arrived in Boston, MA around 7:43 p.m.  The flight was delayed due to the weather.  I was so excited to finally meet her.  She is absolutely beautiful and so small.  We finally arrived at our home sometime after 9:00 p.m.  My son, Daniel was so excited - his face expression was so priceless!  She took to Daniel right away.  She went right to him and kept licking his face.  She is beautiful!  We love her and will take very good care of her.
After seeing baby girl, I would want all of the puppies.  Thank you so much for everything.  I am not able
to send you photos like you have sent them to me in the past.  I can keep you informed as she grows.
Again, thank you very much.  Pam
Thank you so much for so promptly sending the vet record. I think my vet was a little skeptical about me purchasing the puppy on line, but they were pleased with all the vaccinations being up to date. You obviously take good care of your puppies. If I can post comments anywhere for you please let me know. I would be happy to explain what a good experience it has been purchasing my puppy from you.
Thank you, Deborah

Hi Summer,
I am Linda  from Roswell, NM.  We drove to pick up Minnie (now renamed as "Katie Lynn")  from you and your family back around St, Patricks Day. Just thought you might want an update.  Katie is a very loving little girl who not only has fit wonderfully into our pet family but is the "princess" of the castle.  She now weighs about 8 lbs and is a bundle of energy! Her and my 7lb, 7yr old Chihuahua,Tiny, are always playing and getting more than their share of exercise around the house.  They particularly like to wrestle. Katie has also learned to use the doggie door quite well. I am sending you a current pic and thank you again for bringing Katie into our family.
Sincerely;
Linda

hey summer & donna, my daughter and i visit your website often. we were looking at the puppy we purchased from you guys \"dehlia\". it\'s hard to believe it\'s the sam puppy that we share our home with now. we named her riley. she is such a joy to have as a part of our family. her coat is what attracted me to her. it is even more beautiful now. she\'s a fiesty little thing. we have since purchased 2 more fmale shih tuzs. they all get along wonderfully. i will continue to watch your site to look for our next family member. let me know if you have any solid males. thanks again for riley.

Dear Summer, The puppy arrived on schedule and she was very anxious to be held. We have decided to name her MIMI. I would like you to know that she has exceeded our expectations. She is so adorable and is full of joy. She likes to tug on my pant leg, I suppose because she teething. She also likes to tussle with her little bears she looks so cute playing and running. She just topples over when she runs fast. I will be taking her to see the vet on Wednesday for a checkup. I will keep you posted on her growth and I\'ll send some pictures of her with her new and very pleased family. Thank you much and hopefully I will have the pleasure of doing business with you in the near future. Sincerely, Sireta & Family

Summer & Donna: Lance arrived and he is wonderful, such a sweet pup, and my daughter Carrie is so excited to have a new friend. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with you to get Lance. He arrived on time and was eager to be held, and wanted to explore everthing. Thanks, again. Diane

Summer,

Abby got here safely.  It was so easy, the way they work it out for pick up.

She is even more precious than her photos and what personality!!!  Congratulations to you and your family for raising such nice puppies.  She is seeing my vet Wed. AM, do I just touch base w/ you then or is there anything else I should do?  Let me know.  How much dry food do you put out? As much as they want to eat?  I like the idea of leaving food out, then maybe they won't gobble it in 2 seconds.
Thank you so VERY much Summer.  We will take excellent care of her.
Cathy

Summer,
I wanted to tell you how happy we are with GiGi, she is so precious.  I justed wanted to tell you how much she means to our family and thank you. I will send you pictures later on.

Sincerely,
Pam

Summer,
The babies are gorgeous!!! My vet was very pleased with their
disposition and temperament. They both passed the health test!
Thank you so much for everything!!!
Susan

Hi!
Here is Julie in Cali and in my home sleeping.
My family just fell in love with her.
Just as I did when I saw her photo.
My trip to LAX was a trip, but Julie was worth any messed up LA traffic
I hope my vet gets to see her this Saturday.
A deep thank you.
Becky

summer
sorry i didnt write yesterday, i was having too much fun with Lilo (we
changed her name from lolli to lilo). I counldn't believe how small
and calm she was after flying all that time. Lilo is so precious and
is so good. She waits to go to the bathroom outside and is eating very
well. We just have to get her a few more chew toys so she doesn't go
for the carpet. thank you so much for her.

Hi, Summer.
Just wanted to provide you with an update on the two Shebas you shipped to Jacksonville, Florida, for me.
The pups are doing fine.  Their names are now Rowdy and Roxie.  And my eight year old daughter loves them.  We all do.  These dogs are a bundle of energy, and definitely aren't lapdogs.  They've got minds of their own, and I sense interesting times ahead.  They seem to love people and it's apparent they were socialized well while under your care.  Now to get them housebroken...... oh, we did get them to our vet last Thursday and they checked out fine.  We'll complete the remaining shots and such according to schedule.

Regards,
James

SHe is finally here!  She was so ready to get out of her little carrier.
SHe just started licking me all over the face and she's SO full of
energy...we've been playing with her constantly since we got her and she's
still not tired.  Our apartment finally seems complete.  I will send you a
picture every now and then if you'd like.  I can't wait to spend halloween,
thanksgiving, and especially Christmas with her.
-Carolina

Hello:

As promised, I wanted to send you some pictures of our little "Cowboy."  Eddie has really fallen in love with him and can't believe how wonderful he fits in with our family.  The kids love him to death but the best part of all is that our little quaker parrot "Mimic" actually believes we brought him all the way from Oklahoma just for him.  Have you ever seen the 102 Dalmations movie?  Well, the guy in the movie has this bird that doesn't understand that he is a bird and thinks he is a dog--welcome to our world.  We were a little anxious esp. with the Shiba tendency to chase little critters but Mimic set the law down the first day and they play together like siamese twins.

I have some video I will send so you can see them in action but it will have to be after the Spring semester since the next couple of weeks are mine and Eddie's college finals but here are some pictures.  Mimic always tries to steal Cowboy's bones and actually crawls on him and grooms his fur like feathers --all is well until the bird decides to clean inbetween Cowboy's little pads on his paws because he is so ticklish and then he runs up to us and whines to tattle and we rescue him to the couch.

Cowboy is so well behaved and even from day one he has such wonderful manners especially with the chidlren -- we can really see how much love you put into your puppies and are so happy to have found you.  My daughter is able to give him his treats and crawl around on the floor without worrying about Cowboy after telling him "no baby bottle" a few times he completely resists the temptation of stealing from Airen (my almost one year old daughter).  My four year old, Xander, choose his name and finally has a digging buddy -- they spend lots of time playing and running around the yard together, just watching them wears us out!
Once again thank you very much for putting so much care and love into your puppies he is absolutely wonderful!

Hello Donna,

Thanks for posting Joe's photo on your website--if I do say so myself, he is one handsome fella!  Attached is an updated photo of our little guy outside in the snow.  In the Spring, we'd like to start agility training with him so he can work off the abundance of energy he's been blessed with.
If you get the chance, please email us the next time you have any black and tan Shibas available.  I think Joe might like a little brother or sister!  I hope your new year is going well.  Take care, and God bless.

Hi Summer,

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner I am just checking my email for the first time since Sunday.  My little boy has arrived safe and sound.   We are having soo much fun with him and he is eating just fine (with a little coaxing).  Thank you soooo much, he's perfect!!!

 -Sarah

P.S A friend was wondering if you have any other Maltese pups that will be ready in time for Valentines day

Thank you so much for our puppy! We love him so much! You did a wonderful job socializing him! He is really friendly and fits in our family perfectly!

Thanks again,

Jodie

Hank has arrived to his new home safely.  We absolutely love him!!! I guess the flight was a bit much for him (see the picture)
Thanks again

We will be sending pics of max and cleo soon. we have been taking  pictures of the two of them playing and it looks like  they
are trying to kill eack other so we will keep looking for the pic that does  not look violent. the two of them love each other so much that i don't know what one would do
if the other were gone. max has calmed down a lot since cleo has arrived.
thanks

 Hi,
She got here fine!  We are having so much fun with her.  She is so friendly and lovable.  We're naming her Roxy.  I fed her some yogurt which she lapped up.  She had a few nibbles of her food.  She hasn't peed yet, I keep taking her out, but she just wants me to pick her up.  It is cold out and we're getting a snow/sleet storm tonight into tomorrow, so I figure it's all new and she may be particular - my sheltie is very particular!
We wouldn't part with Roxy for anything.  My daughter is planning on it being a snow day tomorrow so she won't have to leave her.
Thanks for everything.  You've obviously given her much love and attention.  I did mention to a coworker about your male puppy.  She's thinking about a puppy - when will you have a picture of him on your website?
Thanks again - Her vet appt is on Saturday.

Hello Donna,
Just wanted to send a few recent photos of Joe so you can see how well he's doing.  We thank you so much for bringing him into our family.  He has helped heal the wounds from losing our first Shiba, Nick.
Joe is full of spunk and personality--he's quite a character.  He is intelligent, happy, fearless and loves to play.  He is a much-loved member of our family.
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Lisa

Hey the pup is doing just fine and I picked her up without any problems. We're going to go to the vet today for a check up.  She pretty much spends
most of her day sleeping.  Thank you so much for making this whole thing flow as smooth as possible.
Thanks
Kevin G.

Good Afternoon,
Just wanted to let you know that we received  the puppy, and she's doing great! She slept on the way home, then ran  around, playing with our pomeranian when we got home. Jamie and I  appriciate everything and will keep you posted on her progress. Thank  you, and it was a pleasure doing business!
